The interior spaces are of unique and exclusive design, dedicated to favour the habita- bility of the Villa, making it more comfortable, as well as combining modern and contemporary style with the highest features. The user is introduced to the plot from its main access through a staircase leading to a large square from where you can access your home pedestrian, to an entrance for vehicles that has outdoor parking and garage with space to accommodate two cars.
Once inside we will access through the spacious hall that introduces us into the house by the ground floor, with direct access to the kitchen-dining area, fully equipped with independent rooms of pantry and toilet. The main communication nucleus has an elevator as well as a staircase that forms an essential part as a singular element of the house.
